Loreto Toorak provides a range of Programs that complement our Academic and Pastoral offerings. Programs at Loreto Toorak provide students opportunity to engage in various activities during their school day, as well as before and after school.
Our Programs create enriching learning experiences outside of the classroom, with the aim of developing creative and resilient young women. These Programs are an integral aspect of a Loreto Toorak education, shaping students’ resilience, leadership skills and providing formative opportunities for learning.
Research suggests that participation in Programs within schools, outside of academic class time, enhances student connection and wellbeing whilst also improving focus and academic achievement. With this in mind, we encourage our Loreto Toorak students to participate in a variety of Programs each term as part of their holistic development as young leaders within our community. There are many term-based and year-round Programs for students to select including Drama, Debating, House Events, and Lunchtime Clubs. Our Loreto X Programs incorporate Loreto Academy and Mandeville Mentors, Music, Public Speaking, Sport and Loreto Toorak Clubs.
