Child Safeguarding and Wellbeing Program

Loreto Toorak is committed to the protection of all children from all forms of child abuse and demonstrates this commitment through the implementation of a comprehensive Child Safeguarding and Wellbeing Program designed to keep children safe. At Loreto Toorak, we do not and will not tolerate child abuse, and we are always committed to acting in children’s best interests and keeping them safe from harm. The School regards its child safety responsibilities with the utmost importance and as such, is committed to providing the necessary resources to ensure compliance with all relevant child protection laws and regulations and maintain a child safe culture.

Our Policy and Code of Conduct are made available to all staff, students, families, volunteers, contractors and the wider community.

Your privacy is important. The School is bound by the National Privacy Principles contained in the Commonwealth Privacy Act. The School may, from time to time, review and update this Privacy Policy to take account of new laws and technology, changes to the School's operations and practices and to make sure it remains appropriate to the changing school environment.
