Loreto Toorak’s Oration Series provides the opportunity to hear from high calibre guest speakers on thought- provoking and relevant issues. The first event in the Series celebrates International Women’s Day. We are delighted that Alumna Alexandra Saundry (2010) will speak on the IWD theme of “Cracking The Code: Innovation For A Gender Equal Future.”
Past Loreto Toorak School Captain (2010), Alex is the founder and CEO of More Than Management. She is regarded as one of the leading figures in women’s sport across Australia, due to her experience as both an AFLW player and as an effective and progressive athlete manager. Alex established More Than Management in 2018 with a focus on AFLW and, since then, has continued to make the push into other popular sports like soccer and netball. Her goal is to continue developing the sporting landscape for women and provide more opportunities for female and gender- diverse athletes. “I want to break new ground and give women’s sport the recognition it deserves,” she says.
Join us to hear about Alex’s own journey, her stories, and her innovative advocacy for women, at the Loreto Toorak International Women’s Day Breakfast.
