15 Jun 2023 back to previous On Wednesday night, the Year 11 Theatre Studies class presented an interpretation of Moliere’s comedy Tartuffe. This past semester, nine students have been learning about the conventions of French Neoclassism and exploring ways to apply these to their acting and directorial choices for this script. Their comic skills, lavish design, and high energy delighted an intimate audience who were seated ‘in the round’ (the acting area is surrounded by seating) in the Reception Room of Mandeville Hall, the perfect setting for this piece. back to previous
