French Tour: From Montpellier to Nice
Loreto Toorak has an extensive Language program, offering a choice of four languages. To enrich our students’ learning and to enable them to engage in the cultures of the various languages studied, the School offers various International Tours which provide immersive experiences that deepen their knowledge. During the recent term break, students embarked on an exciting journey of discovery to France.
Bonjour! Nous sommes en France!
Beginning in the south of France, in Montpellier, students enjoyed French classes and savoured the picturesque landscapes of Arles and Baux de Provence. The Language Tour then took students to the iconic city of Nice, where panoramic views and delightful croissants awaited. But the exploration didn't stop there! Our French travellers ventured into the neighbouring towns of Cannes, Eze, and Monaco, engaging in authentic French interactions along the way.
As their time in France concluded, each student was able to reflect on the incredible experiences that deepened both their language skills and cultural appreciation.
