Launching Our Strength and Conditioning Program for Years 9 – 12

This term marked an exciting milestone as we launched our Strength and Conditioning Program, designed specifically for students in Years 9 – 12. Each week, our students actively participated in fitness and strength-building sessions, aiming to achieve individual fitness goals and gain a deeper understanding of crucial aspects of physical health.

Building Fitness and Strength

Our sessions focus on enhancing overall fitness and building strength. Through structured workouts, students improve their physical capabilities and reach individual fitness targets.

Safe Gym Practices

Understanding safe gym practices is a cornerstone of our program. Students learn the importance of proper form, the use of equipment, and injury prevention techniques, ensuring they can work out safely and effectively.

Fuelling, Rehab, and Recovery

In addition to workouts, our program educates students on the importance of nutrition, rehabilitation, and recovery. By learning how to fuel their bodies correctly and to understand the best practices for recovery, students can optimise their performance and maintain long-term health.

By participating in this program, our students work towards immediate fitness improvements and gain lifelong skills and habits that will benefit them well beyond their school years.
